How do I log in to the United Flying Together Intranet Portal?

If you are an United Airlines employee, your administrator will set up you United Intranet account.

Flyingtogether Ual Login: To access the Flying Together website, do the following:

  1. Visit the employee website at
  2. Enter your United Airlines User ID.
  3. Enter your United Intranet Password.
  4. Click on “Login”.

You must enter your UID or username and password to log in. Please be aware that the website URL now re-directs users to the new login page at

Once logged in, you will get access to your employment details and schedule designation.

To reset your password, enter your UID and click on “Password Help”.

If you are a non-United Pass Rider, a user name will be assigned to you by your administrator for login.

This is how you log in:

You can sign in as an non-United Pass Rider, but you must change your password often as a non-United Pass Rider.

    1. Try from another browser, or another device, such as a mobile phone, or another laptop. Alternatively, try again in incognito mode. Also, check your password again, paying special attention to upper and lower case letters, o vs 0, l vs 1 etc.

  3. It takes too much time to log in. It changes unnecessarily every week. Should not be this difficult. And I doubt you’ll post this.

  4. I can’t find the regular employee login page. What I do find says I have the wrong username or password. I keep it in my phone. Do you use the U in front of employee number. When does a password expire? I keep my numbers in my phone but I don’t have that info. I need a new retiree I.D. card.

Co-workers, retirees and early-out participants also are responsible for ensuring that their pass riders understand and comply with all pass travel policies, including these guidelines.”.

    The Accept Button does not work. I have tried Safari, Chrome, Edge and even Firefox on MacOS and Windows 10 and Android.

  7. I’m unable to use an intranet app because I’m retired. I can use a browser to open the home page, but I’m unable to open my benefits page from the link. It just sits there. Incredibly frustrating even tech support couldn’t help. I need to have access on a device other than a computer. Just because I’m no longer active doesn’t mean I can’t access what I’m entitled to. Figure it out, because of all the early retirees there are many that are far from tech savvy!

  8. I am unable to get past the login page when I want to list for a flight. I’m a retired SA4. My husband was the employee but passed away on the job in 2011. Since then I have had no trouble listing until now. My employee ID is i001468.

  9. So I’m in brother employee res list and I have my own log in . When I try to purchase the ticket it says ( pass invalid )
