  2. Can you please explain why I am unable to be rehired? I’ve never worked for United and I’m confused as to why you think I have. I’ve been trying to for a very long time and this is the second time I’ve been canceled. I feel this isn’t fair treatment and I would like to recieve a phone call or an email to directly speak with someone about this. If someone could please reach out to me I’d really appreciate it because I feel like something is wrong in your records. Please reach out as soon as possible. Thank you.

  4. I arrived at the Billings, MT, airport on December 24 with my hip in great pain. My son, who dropped me off, had surgery and could not assist me with luggage. When we pulled up, I saw an airport person out front and called to him for help…thinking he was a porter. He pulled out my luggage, walked me into the airport, waited in line with me, assisted me with self check in and printed my luggage tag. He then took my luggage to the TSA and left. I tried to give him a tip and he refused saying it’s the holidays. He was kind, courteous, helpful, and friendly. Later, I saw him (Luttrell) going through the doors to the tarmac area and realized he definitely was not the porter but a helpful agent! Kudos to your United Airlines worker.
